Please read this Agreement carefully before using this website. By accessing or using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for the use of this website and our services.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement. The term ‘Sierra Collage’ “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to the owner of the website. The term “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logged on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.

We may change these Terms and conditions at our sole discretion without reference or notice to you by updating the information on this website. Your access or use of this website or our services constitutes an acceptance of the current terms, conditions, prices and materials. We therefore recommend that you read these Terms and conditions each time you use our services.

The service

Please allow a minimum period of three weeks for the completion of your design. This timescale is not guaranteed and may vary on occasion. Delivery of your finished collage is approximately 14 working days from the date we receive your written consent of your approval of your collage design. We do not accept liability for any failure to deliver to this timescale.

Upon completing the design of your collage, you will be sent a digital proof copy showing the images and the layout used. We will not proceed with your order until we have received written consent from you stating your approval of your collage design. By providing us with written consent you are stating your satisfaction with the design, images, layout and content of your collage as sent to you in the digital proof and are authorising us to proceed to print. We can send you up to (3) free proof copies per order. Thereafter each digital proof requested by you will be charged at £30 per copy payable in advance.

Please be advised that due to the fact that we sell personalised products we are unable to accept the return of any unwanted orders. You will not be able to cancel an order after you have given approval of your digital proof and your collage has gone to print.

Please note that due to the variations in digital display devices and the software packages used to view images, the accuracy of the colours displayed on your proof by your digital device cannot be relied upon.

When sending material to us for scanning we recommend that you use a service that tracks your package and requires a signature upon delivery. We also recommend using secure packaging and be sure to place your return address on the reverse and inside of the package. We accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

For International orders the price is exclusive of any local sales taxes or customs or import duties, which may apply. These charges are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

All content and functionality on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the information on this website. We advise that you confirm the accuracy of any information before relying on it. In all events we accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any direct or indirect loss of data, profit, revenue or business however caused and even if foreseeable arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

Sierra Collage total liability for any damage or loss that you may suffer from any cause whatsoever (including without limitation breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Sierra Collage immediately preceding the time that the damages or loss first occurred.

Every effort is made to keep this website accessible and working, however we cannot guarantee that it will operate continuously and without interruptions. We accept no liability for any unavailability or interruptions of service.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of its use is subject to English law and you submit to the exclusive authority of the English courts.

You the customer owns the copyright to any original photographs and artwork. When you place an order with us, you are confirming that you own or have the full permission of the owner or owners for us to reproduce the original photographs and artwork for you. The copyright of the newly created collage remains with Sierra Collage.

All files and information contained in this Website are the copyright of Sierra Collage, and may not be modified, distributed, commercially exploited, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed except as listed below-

You may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only.
You may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material.
